Our enterprise edition is ideal for larger organizations needing their supervisors/managers to have daily access to the Time & Attendance solution. Scalable by design, our enterprise edition can be self-contained on a single server, or have the workload distributed across multiple servers. The enterprise edition includes scheduling options, attendance exception tracking, precise collection of time records for arrival and departure, and accurate calculation of your employees' payable hours. By taking advantage of our Trakit reporting options we can pinpoint areas of concern and present them to managers upon entering the software. For example a plant manager may wish to see hours by job or department, where a supervisor may want more employee specific information on their labor dashboard.

Supervisor Web Portals

With the release of our latest version, user access has never been easier. Upon entering the web-portal software each user is initially brought into their Labor Dashboard. This custom layout allows for multiple embedded reports, charts and graphs. Need more detail about your labor hours? Just TRAKIT!

This labor dashboard will highlight the key points of interest for that specific user. For example, a supervisor can see his/her employee hours, approval status, etc. Whereas a plant manager may see hours by day, hours by department, etc.

Labor TrakIts

Give supervisors the information they need, when they need it! Simply create a Trakit and place it on the dashboard. These "mini-reports" provide instant feedback on labor hours and exceptions. Reports can be viewed as a Trakit, saved as a PDF, or exported to CSV, Excel, Word, or even an XML data file.

Using the latest technology report writer from Microsoft the dashboard can present Graphs, Charts, Gauges, and much more. Decide what each user needs and place a Trakit on their dashboard.
